Currency: Prices on this website are quoted in GBP.
Postage: All sculptures are well packaged and provided with tracking and insurance; they are sent using the following:
Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class with next-day delivery aim
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
Since 1st January 2021, parcels shipped to EU countries from UK mainland are subject to customs and duty fees.
Mailing list: Joining the mailing list is free and there is no obligation to commission or purchase works.
Wholesale & Trading: All works by Anya Stone are sold exclusively through minature.org.uk. They are not produced with the intent for wholesale or resale purposes; including Ecommerce websites or high street businesses without prior arrangement.
Copyright Usage: The common-law copyright to all works that are created and sold through minature.org.uk including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright are reserved by Anya Stone.
Commissioned Work
Payment: A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required for commissioned work.
Full payment should be made after a commission is completed and within 10 days of notification. If payment is not made within 10 days it will be assumed that the customer no longer wishes to purchase the work (right of refusal).
Cancellations: Commissions may be cancelled by the customer; however any deposit that has already been paid is non-returnable.
If a commission cannot be completed by the artist, the customer will be notified and entitled to receive a full refund of the 20% non – returnable deposit that they have paid. Commissions may be rescheduled to be completed at a later date where possible.
Correspondence: In regards to stages of work pending for approval; correspondences should be answered within 7 days to avoid delays in completion of work. Work on the commission may be postponed until contact is resumed. It will be presumed that the commission has been cancelled by the customer if correspondences are left unanswered for 30 days.
Right of Refusal: It is the intent of this commission that the artwork is created for the customer that the customer will purchase. However, after the the artwork is completed and the customer does not wish to purchase the artwork, they may refuse the created work and the artist will retain the refused artwork free of any claims or interests of the customer, and the customer will owe no additional fees to the artist.
